We are prepared to use any paint because we respect that everyone has their own priorities and view points to consider. Having said that the products you find in DIY stores are designed for a different purpose and tend not to offer as good value for money so we advise against these. Our preference is trade paint or better and we are happy to use designer brands even though many decorators do not like using certain brands.

We are happy either way but often customers prefer us to supply them so we get the appropriate items and a bit of trade discount. In which case we book these materials onto our credit accounts with our suppliers and ask the customer to ring up and pay directly. This normally, but not exclusively, happens once the decorating project is complete so we can give one total for all materials.
No, because it doesn't exist! We strongly believe this phrase is highly misleading. We have a 'dustless' set up comprised of high quality Festool sanders and dust extractors but despite regular servicing of these tools I know from many years experience there will still be some dust. They obviously do perform a good job in keeping it to a minimum but we will still hoover regularly and take precautions to protect your property.
Of course you can. Its your house! Although you need to consider if you damage the wall this can add to the cost. We are happy to share our preferred wallpaper stripping methods with you so you can give it a go.
Be careful with wallpaper steamers because if these are left on the wall too long they can cause the plaster to blow.
Yes, in general. Having said that, like most practical people we can turn our hands to other things and on rare occasions will do, but they come as extras to a decorating project and are not offered on their own. We are not handy men (but we do know some if you need a recommendation).
Having been in business for nearly two decades we have met and got to know many people, their businesses and skills and are more than happy to give referrals (not just tradesmen). When it comes to building and home improvements we have a group of other tradesmen we have worked alongside many times and work well as a team with thus alleviating some of the need for a project manager to stitch together several tradesmen that don't know each other and the stress points this can sometimes produce. I just wanted to say what an amazing job you did for us at Roydon Village Hall. You were all so helpful from start to finish with advice and information with regards to materials used etc. The biggest advantage to us was the fact you could work flexibly for us and got the whole job done so quickly in just over one week. The fact you managed to do this meant that there was such minimal disruption to our regular hirers and therefore we had minimal loss of income too! Gavin and his staff did extensive work in our house and did so to a very high standard to our absolute satisfaction. Gavin gave our work careful and thorough consideration before a detailed estimate which we promptly accepted. He impressed us from our first meeting as a courteous and professional person. During the time you were decorating the entire interior of our house you were a joy to have around. Points that stand out are
1. the painting was of superior quality and the cutting in of all the studs and beams was perfect.
2. every evening the furniture replaced as far as possible and all your paraphernalia neatly stored
3. any dust and debris removed every day.
